Lingang New City : ウィキペディア英語版
Nanhui New City

Nanhui New City () is a planned city located in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, China. It was formerly called Lingang New City (临港新城) until renamed in April 2012.
Construction began in 2003 and is scheduled to be completed in 2020. It was designed by the German architects Gerkan, Marg and Partners.
==Location==
The site is located at the tip of the peninsula between Yangtze and Qiantang rivers, on the Hangzhou Bay. It is approximately 60 kilometers southeast of downtown Shanghai. An important portion of the site had to be reclaimed from the sea.
It is widely reported as one of the newly developed but uninhabited 'ghost cities'. 〔 http://www.vagabondjourney.com/nanhui-ghost-city-china/〕
